Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Every piece of Dirt Royalty gear is made-to-order, which means
we don't sit on inventory — your gear is printed and finished
when you order it. Here's what to expect:
WHERE WE SHIP
Dirt Royalty currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is coming soon — drop your email on our
list to be the first to know when it goes live.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are produced within 2-5 business days. You'll receive
a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order
leaves the production facility.
SHIPPING TIME
Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3-7 business
days depending on your location.
Total time from order to delivery: approximately 5-12 business
days.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and
delivery address. Add items to your cart and enter your zip
code to see exact shipping rates before purchase.
TRACKING
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order
ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see
it within 5 business days of ordering.
DELIVERY ISSUES
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive your
package:
1. Check with neighbors and your front desk or mailroom
2. Wait 24-48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages
delivered early)
3. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file a claim
If the carrier can't locate it, email James@dirtroyalty.net
within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work
with you on a solution.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders
returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable
addresses can be reshipped at customer cost. We are not
responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your gear arrives damaged, email James@dirtroyalty.net
within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping package (if also damaged)
We'll replace the item at no cost to you.
PRODUCTION DELAYS
While rare, production delays can happen — especially during
holiday seasons or high-demand drops. We'll communicate any
delays affecting your order via email.
